One of my photoshop friends, Photoshop Susie, of Heart2Heart Designs is now featuring, "Template Tuesdays". Every Tuesday, she will post a scrapbooking layout that can be used in either Photoshop Elements or Photoshop CS2/3. And it is FREE!! Here is the first layout of the year that she provided.
