"Fiori di Zucca Rupieni"...{my backyard}

My neighbor Liz introduced me to the most addicting appetizer ever. It is called, "stuffed zucchini blossoms" and man are they yummy. Both of us are so addicted to frying this blossom that it is getting so hard to pass blossoms of gardens and not pick them. We keep experimenting with the recipe coming up with new stuffings, and of course the wine list is just growing on what to drink with this scrumptous delight.
